Change is essential for organizational growth however it can be difficult to socialize in the work environment. This workshop was created to assist professionals with navigating change and evolution in the workplace while decreasing resistance and increasing buy-in.

After this workshop, each professional will be able to:

• Gain an understanding of what change is, what evolution is, and the difference between the two 
• Expand understanding of how their role can affect growth within the workplace
• Practice transparency and authentic communication
• Learn how to collaborate to establish and develop intervention plans and best practices for the implementation of changes
