Having basic life skills is essential to navigating the real world.
EOH offers group-based sessions with a focus on enhancing the development of adolescents and promoting their ability to live healthier and more successful lifestyles.
This program is structured to assist young people with:
- developing/learning various practical skills (e.g. mindful cooking, changing a tire, budgeting, etc.) that could be applied to their everyday living
- critical thinking
- increased confidence
- communicating effectively
Ages 10 and up (Thursday Evenings 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM)
