There are many things that can contribute to anger, including the home environment, trauma, grief, problems in school, and relationship issues.
EOH offers group-based sessions with a focus on teaching youth about emotions, including anger and aggression.
This program is structured to assist young people with:
- identifying triggers
- recognizing and managing angry feelings
- building better emotional regulation
- finding alternatives to violent/aggressive behavior
- making good decisions in response to perceived offenses
Ages 10 and up (Monday Evenings 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
